MWM Gold Club Ticket Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership Requirement:
    To purchase and retain a valid MWM Gold Club Ticket, you must be an active member of the MWM Gold Club from the time of purchase until the day of the event.
  2. Ticket Validity:
    The ticket provides admission for one dancer and one parent/guardian to the MWM Festival on the specified date. Tickets are non-transferable unless prior approval is given.
  3. Membership Verification:
    Your MWM Gold Club membership status will be verified periodically. Lapsed memberships may result in ticket cancellation without a refund.
  4. Refund Policy:
    Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the festival is cancelled.
  5. Event Changes:
    The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, or speakers if necessary.
  6. Liability:
    Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for injuries, lost belongings, or unforeseen circumstances.
  7. Code of Conduct:
    Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Disruptive attendees may be asked to leave without a refund.
  8. Photography and Media Consent:
    By attending, you agree to photography and video recording for promotional use.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility:
For attendees under 18, parents/guardians are responsible for their supervision and conduct during the event.
