MWM Fest Standard Admission Ticket Terms and Conditions:

  1. Ticket Validity:
    The ticket provides admission for one dancer and one parent/guardian to the MWM Festival on the specified date. Tickets are non-transferable unless prior approval is given.
  2. Refund Policy:
    Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a festival cancellation.
  3. Event Changes:
    The organisers reserve the right to amend the schedule, activities, or speakers if necessary.
  4. Liability:
    Attendees participate at their own risk. The organisers are not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Code of Conduct:
    Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. The organisers reserve the right to remove anyone causing disruption.
  6. Photography and Media Consent:
    By attending, you agree to photography and video recording for promotional purposes.
  7. Parent/Guardian Responsibility:
    For attendees under 18, parents/guardians are responsible for their supervision and conduct during the event.
