What happens if I cancel my Gold Club membership? +
If your Gold Club membership is cancelled, your Nationals Sprint access is automatically revoked at the same time. They work together as one. Your dancer keeps Sprint access for as long as the Gold Club membership stays active.
What if my dancer's Nationals is in 4 weeks, not 6? Or in 9? +
All of it works. The Sprint is built as a 6-week structure but the content stays open the whole way through your membership. Whether your dancer is preparing for Irish, Scottish, NANs or British Nationals, they can work to their own timeline. Some lessons they'll do in order. Some they'll come back to. Some they'll listen to on the morning of.
Will this work alongside what they're doing at class? +
Yes, that's exactly how it's designed. Class shows your dancer what to work on. The Sprint helps them understand why their body does what it does, and gives them a plan to work on it. The two run side by side and complement each other.
My dancer is already doing a lot. Is this more pressure? +
It's the opposite. The Sprint is smarter structure, not more. When your dancer knows exactly what to focus on, everything else stops feeling frantic. They stop second-guessing. So do you. Most parents tell us the run-in actually felt calmer with the Sprint than without it.
How does the WhatsApp Assessment work? +
Once you've joined, your dancer will get instructions on what to film. A short video, sent to our WhatsApp. Meg watches it personally and within 5 working days replies with a voice note breaking down what she sees and what to focus on. Because every dancer comes in at a different point in the Sprint, replies are sent in order.
Can the live calls be watched back if my dancer can't make them? +
Yes. Both lives, with Annabelle and Meg, are recorded and live in your library forever. Lots of dancers watch live for the energy, and then watch back later to catch anything they missed.
What happens to the Gold Club after Nationals? +
It keeps growing with your dancer. The Sprint is for this stage. The Gold Club is for the long road. Most members stay because the tools don't stop being useful once one big day is over. New growth spurts, new corrections, new competitions, new mindset wobbles. The toolbox is always there.
My dancer has tried other things before and nothing changed. Why would this be different? +
Honest answer? Because most other things treat the symptom. We find the root cause. When you fix a tight lower back, three corrections often start to shift at once. That's the knock-on effect of doing this properly. Your dancer isn't broken. They just haven't been shown the right way yet.
My dancer is young. Is this safe and age-appropriate? +
Yes. Everything is designed for competitive Irish dancers, including younger ones. The community is fully moderated. The mindset content is warm and gentle, not high-pressure. We've built a safe space. That is the actual product, not a soft add-on.
Can I cancel? +
Yes, Gold Club Monthly members can cancel anytime, no questions asked. Just remember, cancelling the Gold Club also cancels Nationals Sprint access at the same time.
