Practical, honest sessions built around the real challenges dancers face. Nerves before a feis. Comparison. The confidence that comes and goes. No theory, no fluff. Just tools that actually help.

Pilates, movement and body awareness work with Meg and the MWM team. The sessions that make dancers feel strong, capable and at home in their bodies.

🚌 By Bus: Regular services run to the nearby area from Belfast city centre. The venue is a 3 minute walk from the bus stop "Drumbo" on the number 13 bus.

Tickets can be purchased online through our official website. Given the high demand, we recommend securing your spot in advance to avoid disappointment.

Tickets will not be available at the venue, we anticipate a sell-out event. To ensure your participation, it's best to purchase tickets in advance.
