Is Day 1 really free?
Yes, completely. Day 1 goes live on Instagram at 5PM UK on 18th May and is also available inside the MWM App from 6AM. No payment needed for Day 1.
What do I need for the posture assessment?
Just yourself, a small space, and your phone to take photos. Meg will walk you through exactly what to do and what photos to take inside Day 1.
Do I need to be a certain level to join?
No. This challenge is for competitive Irish dancers at any level. If you have ever been told to fix your posture, this is for you.
What if I can’t make the Instagram live?
Day 1 is also available inside the MWM App from 6AM on 18th May. The recording is posted to Instagram after the live so you can work through it in your own time.
Do I need the Gold Club to take part?
Day 1 is completely free. Days 2–5 are available inside the MWM Gold Club at £39 per month. You can cancel anytime and there is no obligation to continue after Day 1.
Will I see results in 5 days?
The goal of this challenge is not a quick fix — it’s understanding. Once you understand what your body is doing and why, that’s when real, lasting improvement begins. Many dancers see and feel a difference within the 5 days once they know what to look for.
