In this 20 Min session, Meg will work with you 1-1 to ensure all areas of your body are recovered and moving well to ensure peak performance when you dance your DAY 2 on the Glasgow World Stage.
MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
Ever wondered what EXACTLY is holding back an area of your technique?
Same corrections for months?
Fed up of working hard to improve that ONE THING and not seeing any progress?
In this 20 Min session, Meg will work with you to troubleshoot your body, work out what's holding you back from a movement and alignment perspective and show you simple moves to do to improve it.
You'll leave knowing WHAT is holding you back, UNDERSTAND WHY and know HOW to improve it too!!!
MINDSET 1-1's With Annabelle
PREPARE YOUR MIND
You dance at the World Championships tomorrow and emotions are running high!
But if your nerves are overwhelming your excitement, then now is the time to take some control!
Our Prepare Your Mind mindset sessions with Annabelle are the perfect way to get your head in the right head space for dancing at the World Championships.
Whether it's your first Worlds or your 6th Worlds - these sessions are designed for dancers who need that little extra mindset help the day before they compete.
You'll leave knowing what you need to do between now and stepping on stage to dance to ensure that you feel calm and confident - preparing you for the most exciting dance day of the year.
DAY 2 READY
Congratulations!!
You've recalled to Day 2 - that's an amazing achievement and you should be so proud of yourself.
But now it is time to re-focus and prepare yourself mentally for another day of competition and high emotions.
Do you know what you need to do tonight to feel ready for day two?
Do you tend to hyper-focus on the negative aspects of your dancing - diminishing your self confidence for day two?
These sessions are designed for any dancer who wants to feel prepared and excited for their second day of competition at the 2024 World Championships!

Have you ever wondered what mindset training for Irish dancers is all about? Here's your opportunity to have a 20 minute chat with our MWM Mindset Coach, Annabelle.
After your 20 minute Intro to Mindset session you'll leave:
- feeling understood and listened to
- understanding what you can do to tackle your current worries or concerns
- feeling more hopeful and optimistic
- knowing if Mindset sessions would help benefit your dancing in the future
These sessions are designed for people who have not worked with a Mindset Coach in the past and want to see whether it would be beneficial for them.
