One Exercise You Can Start Today πŸ’ͺ

Here’s a simple but powerful exercise to add to your daily routine:

Towel Scrunches

  1. Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.

  2. Place a small towel or theraband under your toes.

  3. Using only your toes, scrunch the towel or theraband in towards you, pulling it under your foot.

  4. Release and repeat until the whole towel has bunched up.

  5. Smooth it back out and go again.

➑️ Do 3 rounds per foot daily. You’ll feel your arch muscles working hard - this is the foundation of that beautiful pointed foot.
